The theme of this year’s Colloquium is The Journey to Health Parity: Black Health and Wellness Matter and will focus on clinical, policy, and social determinants of health and their impact on individual opportunities to earn a good living, live and work in a safe and healthy environment, and effectively use available social services and health care resources to optimize and maximize health care and disease prevention.

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to join us and other stakeholders for the 2021 National Colloquium on African American Health to be held via webinar series March 18, 20, and 27, 2021. During this online forum, population health experts will address many of the pressing issues facing patients, health care providers, and community leaders.
